Overview
In an industry as competitive and dynamic as transportation, businesses need a lawyer who can develop sound legal strategies and limit risk exposure. Mark has been counseling and defending clients in the transportation industry for 30 years. He partners with clients on cases involving complex litigation, construction, transportation, personal injury, property damage, professional negligence, and catastrophic injury.
Mark gets to know his clients' business goals and relationships in order to provide strategic litigation solutions. He enjoys working with clients who actively participate in litigation planning. Many times this includes small business owners who have built their businesses from the ground up.
Mark previously worked as an emergency department registered nurse while in law school. He draws on this experience when analyzing cases. His understanding of medical treatments and damages helps him achieve better mediation and trial outcomes.
