Defended a Restaurant Against a Chef's Claims of Misclassification and Unpaid Overtime

SmithAmundsen defended restaurant against chef’s claims of misclassification and unpaid overtime, wages and expenses under the Illinois Minimum Wage Law (IMWL) and Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act (IWPCA) in Illinois state court. The court granted motion to dismiss with prejudice of the chef’s IMWL and IWPCA claims.
