SmithAmundsen defended an Indiana-based company facing a series of class action wage and hour lawsuits stemming from work its traveling crews performed in other states. We negotiated a settlement of the claims and then assisted the company in updating its pay policies to ensure they met the requirements of the various jurisdictions in which the company’s crews performed work.
