Charles Polk helped defend several federal corrections officials as part of a constitutional deprivation suit after an inmate was allegedly deprived of his exercise of religious freedom and access to a specific diet. The court granted summary judgment, finding that the department of corrections did not violate any of the plaintiff’s constitutional rights.
