SmithAmundsen successfully defended a multi-state pharmaceutical manufacturer sued by a former employee who alleged failure to accommodate and disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act violations. We obtained full dismissal of all claims on summary judgment and defended that win on appeal.
