Overview
Luke Behnke successfully defended a medical malpractice claim for a global medical organization. The plaintiff alleged she sustained serious and permanent personal injuries after a botched surgical procedure. The medical organization did not employ the doctor, but its emblem appeared on the website, which plaintiff alleged amounted to a certification of the doctor’s capabilities. Luke obtained summary judgement for his clients, getting all claims against the medical organization dismissed.
