Luke Behnke successfully represented a large employment staffing firm in a premises liability claim where the plaintiff alleged the staffing firm was negligent and in violation of Wisconsin’s safe place statute. Based on the underlying lease agreement, Luke aggressively pursued voluntary dismissal for his client prior to mediation and trial, which saved substantial litigation costs.
