Commercial Litigation Attorney

Amundsen Davis LLC seeks a litigation attorney who is proficient in Chinese to join the firm’s Chicago office. Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Chinese at a college level. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of legal experience in the U.S. and be licensed to practice in Illinois; litigation background is requested. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in handling all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, motion practice and oral argument in federal and state court, preparing pleadings and written discovery, researching and briefing complex issues, conducting fact investigation, and preparing client reports.
