Litigation Attorney - Transportation & Logistics

Our Transportation and Logistics team is looking for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in civil litigation and be licensed in Illinois. General responsibilities will include: representing clients in all aspects of litigation including performing all aspects of oral and written discovery; conducting extensive fact investigation/development and legal research; drafting pleadings, memoranda of law, client reports, and affidavits; engaging in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions; trial preparation and trial work. This role will also include some transactional, retail, and administrative work. Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
