Office Coordinator
Amundsen Davis is seeking an Office Coordinator for the Brookfield office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, either in person or over the phone, as well as providing the Brookfield office with a myriad of office services, records, administrative and legal support.
Daily assigned duties include greeting and coordination of visitors and couriers, coordination with building management, administrative work, mail/package pick-up/delivery, and general support for all facilities functions, including records, conference rooms, kitchen and supplies.
Must have strong communication skills and a professional outlook. Some computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word are preferred.
