Amundsen Davis Welcomes Senior Counsel Vy'Shaey Mitchell

Our firm is excited to welcome Senior Counsel, Vy'Shaey Mitchell, to our Labor, Employment, Benefits & Immigration Service Group in our Chicago office.

Vy’Shaey helps companies operate their businesses while ensuring the protection of their employees from unlawful, discriminatory acts. She also provides guidance to employers on various litigation matters, including single plaintiff litigation matters, whistleblower actions and various other areas of employment law. Additionally, Vy’Shaey performs internal investigations on behalf of employers in receipt of EEO complaints, such as accusations of discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Her clients operate in various industries, including health care, transportation, state and local government, hospitality, e-commerce and retail.
