Amundsen Davis, a leading Midwest law firm, is proud to announce that Kathy Nusslock, of counsel, has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquette University Law School. The award honors alumni who have demonstrated sustained professional excellence and embodied the university’s mission of leadership, service, and integrity.
Kathy has built a distinguished career spanning more than 40 years as a trial attorney. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including employment disputes and trust and estate matters, and she co‑founded Concurrence ADR in 2022. She has been recognized regularly for her work, annually earning placement on the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list since 2005 and in The Best Lawyers in America since 2015, among other accolades.
Beyond her litigation work, Nusslock has been an active mentor and leader in professional and nonprofit organizations. She is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Wisconsin Law Foundation. She has also served on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law and is a frequent presenter on topics related to litigation and trial practice.

The 2026 Alumni Award honorees will be recognized at a complimentary reception and conferral ceremony at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, at Marquette Law School – Eckstein Hall.
