Overview
There are difficult moments in litigation when some lawyers might concede, but for Henry giving up is never an option. In those moments he takes a step back and looks for the most reasonable solution.
Henry represents clients in complex personal injury, property damage, premises liability, negligence and construction defect claims. Many of his clients work in the insurance, transportation, retail and construction industries.
Henry takes a hands on approach to litigation and provides guidance and strategy in a succinct and efficient manner. He understands the bottom line for each client and provides a truthful analysis of each case. When alternative dispute resolution is not an option, Henry sees cases through to verdict.
Outside the office, Henry volunteers as a youth hockey coach with the SHAW Pirates Special Hockey team. The program’s mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through personal development and self-confidence. As a lifelong hockey player himself, Henry enjoys watching each player develop and grow.
