James has an intimate understanding of his clients industry. He is a licensed architect and former project manager for HVAC trades on Chicago skyscraper projects. He brings this experience to all his cases and understands the technical issues of construction disputes.
As a member of the firm’s Construction Service Group, James represents general contractors and trade subcontractors. He has also represented architects, engineers, owners, equipment suppliers, sureties and material suppliers on breach of contract actions, mechanics lien claims, business fraud matters, and torts.
