Fatimah (she/her) is a workers’ compensation attorney in the firm's Labor & Employment Service Group. She represents employers across industries when they face workers' compensation claims, including negotiating settlements and representing them in arbitration. Fatimah has experience ensuring employers are in compliance with regulations and advocating for their best interests before state and federal courts and administrative agencies when disputes escalate.
