Overview
Robert is an accomplished litigator and trial attorney who brings over 25 years of experience focusing on complex state and federal business litigation to his practice. He has secured victories for his clients in diverse high stakes cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, corporate member and partner disputes, shareholder disputes, and securities matters. He also represents clients facing a variety of employment-related issues, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, noncompete violations, and patent and trademark infringement.
Prior to joining Amundsen Davis, Robert owned a litigation firm and was a commercial litigation partner at several law firms. He is also a former judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
