Overview

As a labor and employment lawyer, Vy’Shaey helps companies operate their businesses while ensuring the protection of their employees from unlawful, discriminatory acts. Her clients appreciate her honesty, commitment to resolving their issues and willingness to think outside the box.

Vy’Shaey provides guidance to employers on various litigation matters, including single plaintiff litigation matters, whistleblower actions and various other areas of employment law. Specifically, she counsels and defends clients on state and federal laws relating to harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Vy’Shaey also has a wealth of experience defending employers before civil rights and fair employment administrative agencies and commissions throughout the country.

Additionally, Vy’Shaey performs internal investigations on behalf of employers in receipt of EEO complaints, such as accusations of discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Vy’Shaey also represents clients in union disputes, labor arbitrations and mediations. Her clients operate in various industries, including health care, transportation, state and local government, hospitality, e-commerce and retail.
