Zachary W. Johnson

Zach had an early introduction to the legal profession. He grew up a block from the county courthouse in his hometown in Wyoming and saw the impact a skilled advocate could make for their clients. Today he defends companies both big and small in civil litigation.

As a member of the firm’s Aerospace Service Group, Zach defends both corporate and private clients in state and federal court, and in arbitrations and mediations. He recognizes that each client has their own set of distinct needs and goals and he keeps those goals front of mind while developing litigation strategies, which oftentimes includes avoiding the courtroom altogether through pre-litigation negotiations.
