USLAW Magazine recently published an article written by Allison Sues titled, “Navigating the Legal Risks of a Mandatory Vaccine Program for Employees.” In the article Allison discusses vaccine requirements in the workplace and how the ADA generally prohibits employers from mandating vaccines unless vaccinations are job-related, consistent with business necessity, and no more intrusive than necessary.
