Appleton Real Estate Investors Association: Advisor Panel 

Kevin Eismann teams up with industry leaders and shares valuable information to real estate investors during the Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) monthly meeting in Appleton on June 15. During this meeting Kevin along with David Bailey, CPA with Endries Otto, and Jason Stendalen, owner of C4 Insurance, will discuss entity selection, proper asset protection, tax strategies, and exit plans.

In addition to being a corporate and real estate attorney, Kevin has been heavily involved in real estate as his “side gig.” He is a licensed real estate broker, licensed contractor, developer and master shingler. He has done several real estate developments and currently owns 90+ residential and commercial properties (down from 120+!).
