At the 6th Annual Women in Business Conference, this year’s theme is “Let's Celebrate Success!” Heather Bailey will be moderating a discussion, “The Importance of Mentoring and Support,” to discuss the advantages of mentorship programs. A mentor/mentee relationship can be beneficial for both individuals as they learn leadership, communication skills, and professional and personal tips for both work and outside the office.
