Assisted a Custom Manufacturer and Distributor in the Sale of the Company to a Canadian-Based Metal Distributor

Danielle Fadel and Scott Fiducci assisted a custom manufacturer and distributor for tubing, aluminum extensions and fabricated parts in the sale of the company to a Canadian-based metal distributor. Due to concerns about potential increases in capital gain tax rates during 2021, the parties worked at a feverish pitch to close the transaction on December 31. The buyer retained the company’s workforce and plans to invest in the company to continue its growth.
