Overview
Amundsen Davis represented a local brewery in the sale of its assets and real estate to another area business by memorializing and refining an already existing positive relationship between buyer and seller. Post-closing, the buyers worked to integrate the newly acquired real estate and assets into their existing business with the support of the sellers.
The transaction required the drafting and negotiation of a real estate purchase agreement, bill of sale, seller financing documents, real estate transfer documents, and additional ancillary corporate and transaction documents.
