Overview

Our attorneys successfully avoided costly litigation for a national construction company in a case involving the allegedly defective design and construction of the expansive parking lot at the Dollar Tree distribution facility, allegedly requiring excavation and reconstruction of the entire lot, at an immense cost.  The relationship between Dollar Tree and the construction company was an important consideration relative to settlement and resolution.  This matter came to a confidential resolution that was extremely favorable to our client and its insurance carrier.
