Overview
Amundsen Davis counseled a manufacturing facility when a worker fatally suffocated inside a silo filled with sand and gravel. Due to our proposed abatement efforts to prevent similar incidents in the future, several of the citations OSHA issued were dropped and fines were significantly reduced at the informal conference.
