Defended a Client at Arbitration After Two Plaintiffs Alleged Negligence for a Motor Vehicle Accident

Sam Fino successfully defended a client at arbitration where two plaintiffs were alleging negligence against the defendant for a motor vehicle accident that occurred at an intersection with conflicting testimony regarding which vehicle had the right-of-way. Both the plaintiffs and the defendant argued that they had the green light to proceed through the intersection where the accident occurred. Following cross examination of both plaintiffs, the arbitrators found their credibility to not be reliable and ruled that the defendant was not liable for their alleged injuries. No rejection of the award was filed.
