Overview

Amundsen Davis defended a family attorney wrongly accused of making disclosures during a child custody dispute which allegedly constituted a breach of privacy and violation of law and regulations regulating the disclosure of health-care information. A state circuit court granted Amundsen Davis’s motion for summary judgment on all causes of action, and the subsequent appeal suffered an early dismissal.
