Amundsen Davis defended a hospital against a former employee’s claims that the hospital violated Title VII and ADA in Illinois federal court. The hospital moved to dismiss the lawsuit because the former employee did not timely exhaust her administrative remedies. The court dismissed the lawsuit when the former employee then moved to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit following the hospital’s motion to dismiss.
