Overview
Amundsen Davis defended a general contractor from multiple OSHA citations following a roll-over accident resulting in the fatality of one of the client’s employees. We filed for summary judgment on behalf of the client, arguing that the accident took place on an access road outside of the project, and thus, was outside of OSHA’s jurisdiction. OSHA dropped the citations.
