Overview
Amundsen Davis defended the owner of a vehicle transport company following an accident between a company vehicle and a vehicle traveling dangerously below the speed limit on a rural interstate with an equipment malfunction after its driver, the claimant, was instructed by police not to drive the disabled vehicle on the interstate. The owner was cited with failure to reduce speed and we defended him at the trial of that matter prior to the filing of a lawsuit. We secured a not guilty verdict at trial which led to a bargain settlement with the claimant.
