Obtained a not guilty verdict in favor of our client, a substantial religious organizations, on the issue of agency involving a volunteer/independent contractor in his own vehicle on way to the church to perform electrical work. After a 1.5 hour deliberation, the jury awarded a total of $713,000 for both plaintiffs against the electrician.
