John Hayes obtained summary judgment, and defeated a cross-motion for summary judgment, in federal court on behalf of a state agency against an employee. The employee alleged a national origin discrimination after contentious discovery in a lawsuit spanning almost ten years, including allegations of spoliation of evidence.
