The firm prepared and negotiated the construction contracts for the completion of a $43 million residential development in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. We represented the general contractor in the transaction, and prepared and negotiated the upstream contract documents with the owner and the downstream subcontracts with all subcontractors, pursuant to ensuring a successful construction phase of the project.
