Represented a Car Dealership in a Personal Injury Lawsuit

Amundsen Davis represented a defendant car dealership a personal injury lawsuit where the plaintiff was injured when a customer caused a motor vehicle accident while driving the dealership’s loaner vehicle. Our attorneys were able to argue that the dealership merely owned the vehicle, and that it was not liable to the plaintiff, resulting in the plaintiff voluntarily dismissing the dealership from the case.
