Overview

Amundsen Davis represented a nurse practitioner in an action involving the alleged failure to prevent a patient’s dehydration and death at a long term care facility. Although the co-defendant long term care facility settled on the eve of trial, we argued multiple successful motions in limine and were able to get the nurse practitioner voluntarily dismissed prior to jury selection.
