Represented Childcare Facility After Resident Was Allegedly Molested

Represented a childcare facility where it was alleged that one of its residents was molested by an employee, a youth care worker and counselor. The issues included failure to do an adequate background check and failure to properly supervise/monitor the conduct of the employee. Settlement was the best matter resolution.
