Represented Distributor of Electronic Monitoring Device and Software in Matter Involving Sexual Assault

Handled a matter involving the sexual assault of a 32-year-old mother by four minor offenders who made entry into her home. One of the minors was on probation and wearing an electronic home monitoring bracelet. It is alleged that the county employees were improperly trained in how to monitor the offender.
