Overview
Plaintiff filed an action on behalf of the estate of her husband claiming exposure to asbestos containing products produced by our client. A coworker provided specific testimony against our client and its product from the 1970s to the 1980s. We settled the case for a de minimus amount on the day that oral argument was to be heard on the summary judgment motion.
