We successfully moved to dismiss an objection from a decedent’s daughter at a contested hearing following discovery. The decedent’s daughter objected to the probate of a will leaving all assets to client’s charitable corporate entity based on undue influence allegedly exerted by client and lack of capacity of the decedent.
