Debra Mastrian successfully defended a financial institution against an unfair labor practice charge brought before the National Labor Relations Board. She obtained dismissal of a charge wherein a former employee alleged that the client committed an unfair labor practice by failing to promote her in retaliation for having complained about working conditions.
