Timm Schowalter successfully defended a skilled nursing care company in a race discrimination claim. The claim was brought by a former assistant administer who alleged he was denied a promotion four times on account of his race. The case resulted in the employee voluntarily dismissing all claims with prejudice without a monetary settlement.
