Successfully Defended an Appeal of Custody Order

Amundsen Davis successfully defended against an appeal of a child custody order directing a child to attend boarding school. During this process, we defeated the initial Emergency Order to Stay the Order before the First District Appellate Court and later won the expediated appeal.
