Amundsen Davis successfully defended the owner of a warbird aircraft involved in formation flight resulting in the crash of another aircraft. Amundsen Davis prevailed on a jurisdictional motion against the owner and the plaintiff did not replead against Amundsen Davis’s client in appropriate forum.
