Successfully Represented a Condominium Association Against Unit Owner at Trial

Litigation involved breach of the residential condominium declaration by unit owner, which caused upwards of $100k worth of damage to the association’s common elements. Constantine prevailed at trial, and obtained a judgment for the full amount of the association’s damages, plus court costs and attorneys’ fees.
