Debra Mastrian successfully represented a natural gas pipeline company in contentious trial and appeal involving numerous issues including whether a pipeline company’s easement was partially extinguished by a landowner’s adverse possession and whether the pipeline company owed a duty to the landowner to prevent damage to improvements placed in proximity to the pipeline when the pipeline held an open easement for maintenance purpose on the landowner’s property.
