Elizabeth Miles helped win summary judgment on behalf of a municipal sewage commission in a $1.5 billion CERCLA action brought against it and others arising from the PCB remediation of the Fox River and Green Bay. The court ruled that Elizabeth’s client was not liable for any response costs, past or future, incurred at the site.
