Our firm is happy to welcome Stewart J. Mizell to our Real Estate, Zoning & Public Finance Service Group in our St. Louis office.
Stewart represents entities and individuals in the purchase, development, use and sale of property. He assists with contract negotiations, leasing matters, landlord and tenant issues, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining us, Stewart was a commercial real estate attorney for a wireless network development and management company, where he negotiated contracts and lease agreements. In this role he assisted in deploying a first responder network in rural parts of America that were previously unable to call 911.
