We are pleased to welcome Emma Zhang to the firm's Corporate & Securities Service Group.
Emma assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax and corporate governance issues. Prior to law school Emma worked as an auditor for a global accounting firm, where she gained first-hand knowledge of financial risks and issues, as well as the challenges that businesses face. She draws on this experience today when advising clients.
