Attorney Kathleen Sawtell recently joined our General Liability Service Group as an associate in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Kathleen represents insureds in a range of litigation matters. She defends homeowners, landlords, and business owners against lawsuits filed on theories of negligence, dog bites, nuisance, premises liability and respondent superior.
