We are pleased to welcome Brett R. Mills as an associate in the firm's Chicago office. Brett joins the firm's Transportation & Logistics Service Group, where he represents transportation and trucking companies, freight brokers, third-party logistics providers, and commercial auto insurers.
Brett counsels clients through all phases of civil litigation and frequently assists with matters involving trucking accidents, personal injury and property damage claims, insurance coverage disputes, and regulatory compliance. He is known for taking a thoughtful approach to every matter, carefully analyzing issues and preparing strategically to help clients navigate challenges and achieve favorable outcomes.
